Ravi Khandelwal is a Fellow member of Insitute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is continously practicing profession since 2011. He is also a Registered Valuer (Securities & Financial Assets) having membership of ICAI Registered Valuers Organisation and registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He has over 10 years of vast experience in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, GST Audits, Due Diligence, Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST), MCA compliances and other statutory compliances. He has keen interest in helping clients in System Development and implementation, System Audits. He also has experience of Business Valuations, managing various corporate finance work in the field of Financial Management, Financial Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Modelling and preparing reports for the Investors & Management. Over the period he also gained experience in executing Projects audits, System Audits, Internal audit, Assessments (micro assessments), Spot Checks, Expenditure Verification (Agreed upon procedures), Asset Verification and Third Party Audit of various donor-funded projects / implementing partners in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing.
